Job summary

HealthEquity seeks an Sr IAM Engineer to design and implement robust identity and access management solutions across cloud and enterprise environments. You will drive governance, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to detect patterns, summarize issues, and suggest remediation while partnering with IAM engineering, cloud engineering, security, and audit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent years related experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in Information Security, specifically in IAM.
• Experience leveraging automation, analytics, AI-assisted capabilities, or emerging technologies within cybersecurity, IAM, or cloud environments.
• Experience using scripting, APIs, reporting tools, and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of IAM solutions using SailPoint ISC, Microsoft Entra, and related IAM technologies.
• Maintain IAM strategies and roadmaps aligned with security requirements and industry best practices.
• Act as SME for IAM technologies, identity lifecycle, access governance, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop and deploy AI-assisted IAM tooling to improve governance visibility and enable data-driven decision making.
