Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in information security or application security roles.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information security.
• CSA certification required; two or more preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GWAPT, GSEC).
• Experience with cloud security and AI-related security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Represent security organisation in customer-facing Security Incidents and inquiries.
• Own, triage, investigate and respond to security matters of the ServiceNow platform.
• Act as primary point of contact for security-related matters across stakeholders.
• Facilitate efficient triage of security incidents by collaborating with customers and internal teams.
• Build and maintain high customer trust through exceptional service and communication.
• Manage customer outreach communications on Security and escalation handling.
• Develop and deliver training on Security for internal and external customers.
