Job summary

HealthEquity, Inc. seeks an Sr IAM Engineer to design and govern access management across SailPoint ISC, Microsoft Entra, and cloud identities.

You will build AI-assisted automation, define roadmaps, and partner with security, audit, and application teams to reduce risk while improving governance visibility. The role emphasizes secure AI use, proactive remediation, and scalable IAM processes across enterprise systems, with remote work options and strong collaboration with IAM and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent years related experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in Information Security, specifically in IAM.
• Experience leveraging automation, analytics, AI-assisted capabilities, or emerging technologies within cybersecurity, IAM, or cloud environments.
• Experience using scripting, APIs, reporting tools, and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of robust IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Microsoft Entra, Silverfort, and related IAM technologies.
• Maintain IAM strategies and roadmaps aligned with security requirements and industry best practices.
• Serve as SME for IAM technologies, identity lifecycle, access governance, and enterprise integrations.
• Articulate IAM initiatives, risks, and recommendations to leadership stakeholders.
• Develop AI-assisted automation to improve governance visibility while preserving engineer review.
• Configure and support IAM platforms and integration with enterprise apps and cloud services.
• Collaborate with AI COE for best practices and tool support.
