Job summary

Equinix is seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow Expert to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program. You will design, test, deploy, and operate IdentityNow solutions within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and program managers.

The role requires deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow, Java, PowerShell, LDAP, ServiceNow, and REST, with a track record of implementing and maintaining IGA in enterprise environments. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in DoD guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering, MIS or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years designing, configuring, implementing/deploying and maintaining an IGA solution in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years proven experience designing, implementing/deploying and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow.
• SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer.
• Scripting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to work with globally dispersed teams.
• Broad IT knowledge across networks, systems, storage, directory services, and end-user computing.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Initiative, teamwork, curiosity, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IGA projects using SailPoint IdentityNow from design to deployment.
• Act as SME for SailPoint IdentityNow; provide design, testing, implementation, and operations support.
• Build scripts and customizations for successful IGA deployment.
• Produce IGA technical and process documentation.
• Implement IGA requirements and processes.
• Provide SailPoint IdentityNow expertise to colleagues.
• Lead code reviews within IAM team.
• Support testing, QA and training materials for SailPoint IdentityNow.
