Job summary

CoreAi Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer with 6–9 years of platform development and AI-driven automation. The role focuses on designing and implementing intelligent automation using Now Assist, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows across IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, and Security Operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver compliant, secure AI experiences, develop scalable workflows, REST/SOAP integrations, and ensure maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Generative AI, or AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities.
• Strong experience with IRM/GRC modules such as risk, policy, and compliance.
• Experience developing with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Virtual Agent, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Engineering: design, implement, and optimize Now Assist capabilities across IRM and GRC.
• Configure Now Assist AI Agents and Agentic Workflows to automate governance and compliance.
• Build conversational AI experiences with Now Assist Panel, Virtual Agent, and Generative AI.
• Develop AI-powered knowledge retrieval, summarization, content generation, and case workflows.
• Implement AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve productivity.
• ServiceNow Platform Development: configure and customize applications with platform-native capabilities.
• Develop scalable workflows, Flow Designer automations, IntegrationHub solutions, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Build reusable components following enterprise standards and support CI/CD.
