Cardinal Health is seeking an IAM Engineer to lead secure identity and access solutions across the enterprise. You will manage SSO, MFA, RBAC, and identity governance, supporting complex mergers and acquisitions while partnering with Security, IT, HR, and Dev teams.

The role requires Hands-on with AD, Entra ID, Okta, and IAM tooling, plus a focus on automation, IaC, and compliance. This is a remote, national opportunity within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IAM Engineer experience.
• Experience with M&A integration projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM workstreams for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
• Consolidate identity providers into a unified enterprise SSO platform.
• Design cross-domain authentication and federation strategies.
• Develop automated workflows and API‑driven integrations for onboarding, transitions, and offboarding (LCM).
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for IAM configurations.
• Design and enforce Enterprise SSO Security Policies (MFA, RBAC).
• Support IT compliance audits and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
