Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an instrument and electrical technician to support construction, plant facilities, and field operations in Victoria, TX. Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook/Word) is expected.
• Experience with control system software (Wonderware, FactoryTalk, RSLogix, DeltaV) is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations related to electrical and process control is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and maintain SCADA, instrument and electrical equipment at plants, pipelines, and compressor stations.
• Read, interpret, and apply manuals, standards, regulations, drawings and schematics.
• Test, calibrate, and document device performance per applicable regulations.
• Provide work direction and oversight to contractor personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate written and electronic reports and records.
