Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. is seeking an I&E Technician to provide instrument and electrical support across construction, plant facilities, and field operations in Lakeland, FL, with a transition to Arcadia after compressor station completion in 2028.

The role includes installing, diagnosing, and maintaining SCADA, PLC/DCS, and related control equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with DOT and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word).
• Experience troubleshooting control systems and instrumentation preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT 192/193/195 and OSHA 1910 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and maintain SCADA systems and instrument/electrical equipment across plants and pipelines.
• Maintain RCVs (remote controlled valves) and related components.
• Maintain PLCs/DCS and process/safety controls.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and P&IDs; ensure regulatory compliance.
