Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an instrument and electrical technical professional to provide support for construction, plant facilities, and field operations. You will repair, install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on control systems, SCADA, and related equipment in gas and liquid facilities and pipelines.

The role involves reading manuals and schematics, ensuring safety device functionality, and collaborating with third-party contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2, 2–4, or 4+ years of relevant experience depending on job level (Level C/B/A).
• Experience with control systems and instrumentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and maintain SCADA systems, plant, pipeline, and compressor instrumentation and electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and schematics for electrical and process control systems.
• Test, calibrate, and document plant and compressor station control and safety devices per applicable standards.
