Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Nuclear Engineering or ABET accreditation with experience.
• MS or PhD in the same fields with required years of experience per level 4.
• Proficiency in programming/engineering tools (Python, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW).
• Experience with digital I&C systems, control architectures, and safety-related systems.
• Understanding of regulatory guidance (NRC/IEEE/IEC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on challenging I&C projects.
• Develop design requirements and verify conformance with standards.
• Create physics-based models for mechanical, chemical, and electrical systems.
• Publish results and communicate with internal/external audiences.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposal development.
