Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks an Account Director – Data Center to manage strategic accounts, oversee the full customer relationship, and drive growth in orders and customer satisfaction across executive and operational levels.

You will coordinate across business units to deliver integrated solutions, develop account plans, and lead complex negotiations while applying market awareness and knowledge of energy technologies.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10 years of sales experience; 12+ years of account management experience preferred.
• Experience with data center customers, preferably hyperscale clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic accounts and oversee the full customer relationship to drive growth.
• Develop and execute account plans and lead complex negotiations.
• Coordinate across Hitachi Energy business units to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain executive-to-operational engagement and issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide leadership in a virtual organization.
