Xsight Labs in the USA Bay Area is seeking a Technical Program Manager to serve as the operational engine for customer engagements. You will coordinate complex threads and ensure silicon and software integration at scale, from concept to production, across global teams.

This role requires a process-driven leader with 10+ years in semiconductors or networking, deep cloud architecture knowledge, and strong customer-facing skills. Travel globally is expected.

Formación

• 10+ years in the semiconductor or networking market with cloud architectures and hyperscale internal workings.
• Deep knowledge of data-center networking and DPU/SmartNIC trends and programmable architectures.
• Familiarity with RDMA, DPDK, SPDK, NVMe, Cloud Native, Linux, SONiC, DASH and P4.

Responsabilidades

• Operational orchestration: create order and clear processes from complex threads to ensure customer program success.
• Hyperscale alignment: act as internal expert on hyperscaler development cycles and customer processes.
• Program lifecycle leadership: manage customer projects from concept to production and mass-scale deployment.
• Cross-functional advocacy: balance customer voice with internal resource needs across PLM, Sales, and R&D.
• High-velocity execution: drive progress across multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Executive presence: represent Xsight in technical meetings with global teams.
