Job summary

Delart in Menlo Park, CA is seeking aTechnical Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end NPI for compute server and storage hardware, coordinating with thermal, mechanical, electrical, and systems teams, and guiding DVT/EVT to production readiness.

Onsite role requiring 5+ years of hardware program management, strong onsite coordination, and familiarity with supplier ramp‑ups. A BS/BE in EE/CE or related field is preferred; experience with Jira, MS Project and Confluence is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in compute servers, data center hardware, or storage system development.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI execution for compute server and storage hardware, from design to production launch.
• Manage cross-functional teams across thermal, mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering.
• Plan and oversee DVT and EVT phases to ensure hardware meets requirements and specs.
• Identify and resolve program risks to maintain aggressive timelines.
• Serve as TPM interface for status reporting, issue escalation, and cross-team alignment.
• Establish schedules, milestones, and deliverables with onsite engagement.
