Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our data center storage solutions. You will drive hardware and software stack delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

You will lead executive phase gates, manage budgets and master build schedules, and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hardware and software stack for data center storage.
• Proven track record guiding products through EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP phases.
• Ability to communicate with executive leadership and influence decisions.
• Budget management and cost analysis to influence program direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead EVT, DVT, PVT and MP phases and ramp to mass production.
• Own and orchestrate executive phase gate reviews with concise updates for approvals.
• Manage program budgets, product costs, and master build schedules for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain) and external partners.
