Job summary

Everpure, Inc. in Santa Clara seeks a Deep Technical Program Manager to own the hardware and software lifecycle for cutting-edge data center storage solutions, translating vision into Mass Production reality and leading cross-functional teams.

You will drive PLC phase exits, manage budgets, and coordinate with executives, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver on time and on budget in a highly visible role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hardware and software stack end-to-end.
• Proven track record guiding EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP in data center environments.
• Strong executive communication and decision-making abilities.
• Budget management and product cost analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Release Ownership: own release plan, milestones, dependencies; primary contact for release lines.
• Strategic Program Leadership: manage multiple cross-functional workstreams and align architecture with execution.
• Release Integrity: monitor release branch health, lead bug scrubs, triage issues, define merge criteria.
• Operational Excellence: drive PLC phase exit reviews and formal approvals.
• Risk & Conflict Resolution: identify critical paths, resolve cross-team conflicts to maintain momentum.
• Financial & Resource Stewardship: manage Capex and track spending monthly/quarterly/yearly.
• Continuous Improvement: lead post-release retrospectives and drive process optimizations.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and you will work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure policies.
