Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a senior Hyperscale Solutions Engineer to act as a technical authority for its hyperscale customer base. You will lead evaluation, engineering design, and implementation of large build-to-suit data center solutions across construction programs.

Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Marketing, you will develop rigorous, compelling proposals and translate CFD and thermal analyses into clear client narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
• 5+ years in data center solution design or related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Hyperscale customers.
• Equivalent relevant Military Service considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements and specify data center solutions aligned to customer requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional response teams for RFP/RFI submissions.
• Present architecture and delivery capabilities to clients during evaluations.
• Explain CFD/thermal analysis results to clients clearly.
• Maintain Salesforce records of capacity, footprint, and opportunities.
