Job summary

Prime Data Centers seeks a senior Hyperscale Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for hyperscale customers. You will lead engineering design, CFD interpretation, and pathway-to-procurement across RFP/RFI processes, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Construction, and Marketing to craft rigorous, compelling proposals.

You will travel to customer sites, review design docs, and mentor junior engineers while driving technically accurate, commercially viable solutions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required or equivalent technical Military Service experience.
• 5+ years experience in data center solution design or related engineering.
• Minimum 2 years direct hands-on experience with Hyperscale engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for Hyperscale engagements, aligning solutions with customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional response teams for RFP/RFI evaluations.
• Present architecture and delivery capabilities to clients per procurement culture.
• Interpret CFD outputs and translate into clear technical narratives.
• Coordinate design reviews and ensure real-time technical alignment with clients.
• Explain on-site power generation architecture and resiliency to clients.
• Support construction and delivery teams to meet contractual commitments.
• Maintain internal library of RFP responses and Salesforce capacity records.
