Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a hyperscale solutions engineer to act as a senior technical authority for large-scale data center engagements. You will lead design, evaluation, and compelling proposals for Hyperscale accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, and sales.

The role requires hands-on experience with CFD, power systems, and Bluebeam reviews, plus the ability to translate complex thermal and electrical concepts into client-ready briefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; related technical Military Service considered.
• 5+ years in data center solution design or related engineering.
• Minimum 2 years direct, hands-on experience engaging Hyperscale customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead hyperscale engagements and align solutions to customer requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for RFP/RFI responses.
• Present architecture and delivery approaches to clients.
• Explain CFD outputs and thermal modeling to stakeholders.
• Manage project delivery, schedules, and procurement coordination.
• Develop technical content and maintain RFP response library.
• Travel to client sites and vendor locations as needed.
