Job summary

Prime Data Centers seeks a Pre-Sales Data Center Solutions Engineer to design and implement data center solutions for hyperscale prospects. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to craft accurate, compelling proposals and drive successful opportunities.

You’ll engage with internal teams, manage RFP content, and travel to sites to support customer engagements. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience are preferred, with strong communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or engineering is preferred.
• 5+ years of data center solution design or related engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong understanding of data center design, construction, and implementation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support data center solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Lead internal response teams for RFP/RFI evaluations.
• Support construction teams to meet contractual commitments.
• Contribute technical content for sales proposals and marketing materials.
• Travel to company sites and OEM facilities to build relationships.
