Job summary

Worldwide Mission Critical is seeking a senior Sales Engineer to act as the primary technical advisor for hyperscale cloud, neoscaler, and AI tenants, spanning pre-sales through contract execution. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Design, Construction, Operations, Legal, and Delivery to craft scalable data center solutions aligned with tenant objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
3–5 years in data center design, construction, commissioning, or presales engineering
Experience supporting hyperscale, neoscaler, AI tenants and HPC deployments
Experience with critical infra such as UPS, switchgear, generators, ATS/STS, PDUs
Ability to read and annotate electrical and mechanical single line drawings and floor plans
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Lead tenant engagements and technical sales discussions.
Translate tenant objectives into scalable data center infrastructure solutions.
Collaborate with SDV and WWMC executives and cross-functional teams.
Support RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses with technical narratives.
Coordinate input across engineering, construction, operations, and security.
Assist pricing and commercial proposals with Sales and Finance.
Oversee qualification docs and risk review including TDD checklists.
Support post-contract delivery kickoff, design validation, and expansion planning.
