Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Senior Hyperscale Data Center Solutions Engineer to lead complex, build-to-suit data center projects. You’ll act as the technical authority, directing CFD analyses, power and cooling strategies, and design reviews for Hyperscale accounts.

You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, procurement, and sales, shaping competitive proposals and ensuring on-time delivery with rigorous technical and commercial standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; Military service considered.
• 5+ years in data center solution design or related engineering.
• Minimum 2 years direct hyperscale customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead hyperscale engagements with technical solutioning aligned to requirements.
• Present architecture, delivery methodology, and capabilities to clients.
• Coordinate with procurement for OFCI equipment and site development timelines.
• Travel to client sites and OEM facilities as needed.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers on engagement methodologies.
