Prime Data Centers seeks a Hyperscale Solutions Engineer in Lockhart, TX. The role leads technical engagements for large-scale data center projects, coordinating with sales, engineering, construction, and operations to craft rigorous proposals and drive customer value.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on hyperscale experience, CFD/thermal modeling knowledge, and a track record of delivering complex solutions aligned with procurement and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science-related discipline; equivalent military service considered.
• 5+ years in data center solution design or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 2 years direct experience engaging Hyperscale customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for Hyperscale engagements; align solutions to customer requirements and commercial objectives.
• Lead cross-functional response teams on RFP/RFI technical evaluation and submission quality.
• Present architecture, delivery methods, and capabilities to clients per procurement culture.
• Interpret CFD outputs and translate results into actionable narratives for clients.
