Job summary

Prime Data Centers seeks a Hyperscale Solutions Engineer to act as senior technical authority for hyperscale data center solutions. You will lead technical design, CFD interpretation, and customer engagements across RFP/RFI programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to produce rigorous, commercially compelling proposals.

You will travel to client facilities, work with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Procurement, and Marketing, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or science.
• 5+ years in data center solution design or related engineering.
• Minimum 2 years directly engaging hyperscale customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for Hyperscale engagements.
• Lead cross-functional response teams for RFP/RFI submissions.
• Present Prime's solution architecture to clients during evaluations.
• Interpret CFD results and translate into actionable insights.
• Coordinate Bluebeam review sessions with clients and design teams.
• Support delivery teams to ensure on-schedule commitments.
• Develop technical content for sales, marketing, and proposals.
