Job summary

Corning Incorporated seeks an Account Product Line Specialist to drive cross-functional execution for a leading hyperscale data center customer. You will align forecasts, resolve product issues, and coordinate across fiber, cable, connectivity, and hardware lines to meet deployment requirements.

You will partner with the Account Product Line Manager and regional teams to translate product strategy into day-to-day delivery, balancing timelines, costs, and customer needs while traveling up to 25%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in commercial, product, or strategy roles; OR an Engineering degree with an MBA and experience in strategic coordination or solution planning
• Experience coordinating complex product or customer solution initiatives across cross-functional or matrixed organizations
• Familiarity with hyperscale architectures, fiber optics, connectivity, or cable product lines
• Strong analytical skills, including solution-level business case development

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align execution against customer architecture and deployment plans
• Develop and maintain solution-level roadmaps tied to customer requirements; forecast demand at the solution level with Sales and Supply Chain
• Drive alignment between manufacturing capabilities and product strategies; support business cases for investment timing and dependencies
• Track and communicate performance metrics including project status, profitability, roadmap progress, and SLA compliance
• Support customer-facing engagement with the Account Product Line Manager and commercial teams; monitor trends and translate insights
• Up to 25% domestic and international travel
