Job summary

Corning, Inc. is seeking a high-energy Program/Account Manager to support a major Hyperscale Data Center customer. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic programs, and partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing program specialists, guiding contract-related activities, and applying data-driven improvements to forecasting, dashboards and reporting. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree and 10+ years of account or program management experience with strategic accounts.
• Experience engaging with diverse organizational levels and driving organizational change.
• Ability to evaluate opportunities strategically and communicate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support for one of our Hyperscale Data Center customers.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, PLM, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Finance to support assigned customers.
• Manage daily operations and responsibilities of the CEx Program Specialists for the account.
• Engage with customers and partners; leverage analytics, automation and forecasting to improve visibility and customer experience.
