Corning Incorporated in Charlotte, NC is hiring a senior program manager to support Hyperscale Data Center accounts. You will lead account program teams, coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Sales to deliver on contract goals and customer expectations.

You will drive continuous improvement using analytics, automation, and dashboards to improve visibility, decision quality, and customer experience, while mentoring new hires and guiding team development.

Formación

• : 4-year degree and 10+ years of account or program management experience with strategic accounts.
• : Experience engaging with diverse organization levels (from entry level to experienced).
• : Experience driving organizational change (people, process, technology).
• : Knowledge of how to strategically and financially evaluate opportunities and communicate recommendations.
• : Strong data mining and analytical skills to build confidence in data shown to leadership and customers.
• : Presentation skills for executive level packaging and leadership communication.
• : Direct customer engagement experience - presenting, negotiating, training on strategic platforms.
• : Proven ability to identify and lead improvement initiatives delivering efficiency and better CX.
• : Knowledge of data center infrastructure, fiber optic cabling, deployment or similar technical product environments.
• : Experience with stock forecasting, supplier scorecards, logistics or international trade operations.
• : Ability to create dashboards, workflows, reports, or models to improve visibility and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• In this managerial role, provide program management support for one of our Hyperscale Data Center customers.
• Contract management support for Hyperscale Data Center customer(s).
• Program management includes account program team leader, customer-facing business reviews, customer/internal reporting, executive oversight, Blackbook planning, and long-range planning.
• Leverage strategic platforms, automation and digital capabilities to reduce effort and improve service to delight our customers.
• Support contract negotiations; track monthly progress against the existing contract to manage price break timing.
• Own subset of orders/products/projects requiring higher touch points than standard products.
• Oversee the CEx Program Specialists’ daily operations, onboarding and training, people development, and performance management.
• Be a continuous improvement leader; initiate action plans and drive process improvements.
