Job summary

Micron Technology seeks a Director of Hyperscale Sales to lead a global hyperscale sales initiative from Seattle, WA. You will own revenue, relationships, and multi-year account strategy across regions and business units, guiding design-in discussions and cross-functional execution.

You will engage with executives and engineering teams, negotiating LTAs and complex supply agreements while shaping roadmaps to expand workload and market share in cloud, AI, and data center architectures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or global account management.
• Experience managing large, strategic accounts ($1B+ scale).
• Experience building executive-level customer relationships and leading multi-year negotiations.
• Understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud, or AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement global account strategy across regions and units.
• Build and lead executive relationships influencing decisions across stakeholders.
• Lead sophisticated negotiations including LTAs, pricing frameworks, and supply agreements.
• Engage early in customer architecture cycles and align internal roadmaps.
