Qualifications

• 5–7 years of manufacturing program management experience.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams across regions.
• Experience with capital expenditure budgeting and ROI analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, line balancing, and throughput.
• Familiarity with ERP and MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Hyperscale manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop integrated project plans: scope, schedule, budget, risks.
• Govern projects through stage-gate reviews and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate capacity expansion across plants and regions.
• Ensure readiness for product launches and ramp-up.
