Job summary

Vertiv in Columbus, OH seeks a Director of Large Program Execution to orchestrate multi-region customer programs across Power, IS, Thermal, and more. You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, in-scope results while keeping executives informed.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and deep knowledge of order-to-fulfillment processes, BOM maturity, and factory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in demand planning, operations, field services, and/or supply chain within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs at a rapid pace with significant customer stakeholder visibility.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and data analytics using Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading successful cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end large program execution across all functions.
• Chair weekly program control reviews and report delivery status to executives.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance on schedule and risk.
• Ensure BOM maturity and ECO/ETO alignment with master plan.
• Maintain risk registers and action plans to recover schedule.
