Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, OH is hiring a Program Manager to oversee strategic initiatives across one or more global strategic accounts from quoting through operations on customer sites. You will indirectly lead cross-functional teams and focus on digital platforms such as Oracle, Smartsheet and Power BI to aid execution.

The role requires strong leadership, project management and analytical skills, with experience influencing teams in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

4+ years of relative industry experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Prior experience indirectly influencing project teams.
Hands-on experience applying Lean/Six Sigma methods.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales and order management to ensure accuracy of orders, with revenue allocation for quotes, and that manufacturing and shipping occur as scheduled.
Define/set targets for improvement to design, quality, manufacturing, shipping, and operations, and measure progress to targets.
Lead data integrity efforts for equipment for assigned customer by ensuring install base data is updated and accurate.
Ensure data reported to customer regarding ship dates, serial numbers, model numbers, etc. is accurate.
Oversee deployment of field change notices (FCN) and factory direct service (FDS).
Ensure all change orders are entered properly in CPQ and booked in EBS.
