Job summary

Vertiv seeks an experienced manufacturing operations leader to drive integrated operational planning for hyperscale growth. You will translate demand into footprint, capacity, supply chain, investments, and product readiness across plants and regions, coordinating cross-functional work to bring new capacity online against deployment requirements.

By engaging early in the pre‑sales process, you will validate feasibility and align on make‑buy, capital needs, and readiness milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and plant execution.
• Experience with large-scale Capex deployments for new operations.
• Experience in New Product Development and introduction from a manufacturing readiness perspective.

Responsibilities

• Translate hyperscale demand into capacity and supply chain strategies across plants, regions, products, and suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans to bring new capacity online and track readiness.
• Frame gaps, constraints, and investment needs for leadership.
• Lead integrated operations-planning cadence across functions.
