Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, Ohio seeks an experienced manufacturing operations leader to translate customer demand into footprint, capacity, and supply-chain plans, coordinating new factories, expansions and product readiness for hyperscale deployments.

You will lead cross-functional planning with Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance, aligning capacity, investments and deployment timelines with customer requirements and ensuring readiness before production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent.
10–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations and capacity planning.
Strong understanding of plant-level execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Translate hyperscale demand into footprint, capacity and supply chain strategies across plants and regions.
Coordinate new factories, expansions, and product transfers and track readiness against customer deployment requirements.
Lead pre-sales planning, validate operational feasibility and align capacity plans with deployments.
Coordinate supply readiness and make-buy/labor/capital considerations with cross-functional partners.
Drive cross-functional planning leadership across Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Manufacturing.
