Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced manufacturing operations leader to translate customer demand into manufacturing footprint, capacity, supply-chain, and readiness plans. You will coordinate cross-functional work to bring new factories, lines, and expansions online, aligning with deployment requirements and pre-sales feasibility.

You will engage early in pre-sales to strengthen operational feasibility of commitments and drive scalable execution across plants, regions, and suppliers, with a focus

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and plant-level execution.
• Experience in large-scale Capex deployments.
• Proven experience in New Product Development and Introduction from a manufacturing readiness perspective.
• Experience collaborating with external customers in planning and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Translate hyperscale demand requirements into manufacturing capacity and supply chain strategies across plants, regions, products, and suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional plan to bring new capacity online and track readiness against customer deployment requirements.
• Frame gaps, constraints, investment needs, and key decision points for leadership.
• Lead the integrated operations-planning cadence across traditional Operations functions.
• Support customer and executive reviews involving capacity, footprint, investment, or operational readiness.
