Vertiv Corporation in Missouri seeks an experienced manufacturing operations leader to drive integrated planning for hyperscale growth. You will translate demand into footprint, capacity, and supply-chain plans, coordinating new factories, expansions, and product builds across plants and regions.

You will engage early in pre-sales, validate operational feasibility, and align capacity plans with customer deployment requirements, lifting readiness and investment decisions to executive leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, and plant-level execution.
• Experience in largescale Capex deployments to support new manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience in New Product Development and Introduction from a manufacturing readiness perspective.
• Proven ability to work directly with external customers in a planning, readiness, or account management capacity.
• Experience in manufacturing capacity planning, footprint strategy, or operational planning in a multi-site, multi-region environment.
• Strong analytical skills with capacity models, scenario analyses, and feasibility assessments.
• Knowledge of supply chain dynamics, supplier readiness, and material risk assessment.

Aufgaben

• Translate Hyperscale demand requirements into manufacturing capacity and supply chain strategies across plants, regions, products, and suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans to bring new capacity online and track readiness against deployment requirements.
• Frame gaps, constraints, investment needs, and key decision points for leadership.
• Translate customer demand signals and growth projections into manufacturing operations plans.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing capacity plans aligned with hyperscale demand across plants, regions, and product lines.
• Coordinate manufacturing cost assumptions including make-buy, labor, line setup, overhead, and capital requirements.
• Coordinate the operational introduction of products into new or expanded manufacturing locations.
• Align first builds, testing milestones, production ramp, and readiness for scaled manufacturing.
• Track and report readiness of new capacity against customer deployment requirements.
• Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain to establish sourcing strategy and assess supplier capacity and risks.
