Job summary

IES is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Low voltage) for Hyperscale Data Center projects. This role requires traveling 100% to oversee staffing, profitability, and customer delivery, acting as liaison with customer representatives and driving project improvements.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of supervisory experience in telecommunications or related construction fields and strong MS Office proficiency. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and RCDD certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Must have five years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents clearly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise project staff per Company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for and monitor project profitability to meet company goals.
• Review job cost postings, invoices and financial reporting to customers and management.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on customer work and interface with customers.
