Job summary

IES is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Low voltage) for hyperscale data center projects. The role requires leading a team, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance, with 100 percent travel.

The Project Manager oversees staffing, project profitability, client communications, and adherence to company policies. A strong background in telecommunications or related construction, plus five years of supervisory experience, is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must meet driving standards and be able to travel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Experience defining project scope and delivering to completion.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise project staff and mentor for goals.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery progress.
• Plan and monitor project profitability to meet company goals.
• Review job cost postings, invoicing, collections and reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and facilitate bid processes.
• Act as liaison with customers and drive account improvements.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
