Job summary

IES Communications seeks an experienced Project Manager (Low Voltage) for a Hyperscale Data Center. This is a career position requiring 100% travel to lead a team and ensure safety, quality, and financial performance across projects.

The Project Manager oversees all contracted work, coordinating staffing, materials, and customer delivery to meet company goals and customer expectations. A strong background in telecom or related tech is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Experience in telecommunications or related construction fields preferred.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise project staff per company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for profitability and monitor project financials and invoicing.
