Job summary

Metric DCX in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center construction from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. You will oversee multiple teams, coordinate MEP systems, and manage schedule, budget, and safety to achieve zero-defect delivery.

The role requires data center/mission-critical experience, ability to manage major subcontractors and coordinate with owners, designers and partners.

Qualifications

• Data center / mission-critical experience required.
• Experience managing major construction projects.
• General Contractor/Subcontractors experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with commissioning, turnover and early operational requirements.
• Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver large-scale data center facilities on schedule and within budget.
• Manage commercial and technical risk, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Oversee preconstruction through commissioning and turnover processes.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, and trade partners to align scope and schedule.
