Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Manager for a 100% travel role to oversee assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and financial performance targets. The role involves staff leadership, client liaison, and process improvements across multiple sites.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in supervision within telecommunications or related fields, proficient MS Office, and ability to travel as required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; RCDD preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise project staff according to company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for and manage project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job cost postings, invoicing, cash collection and financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety across customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Liaise with customer representatives as the company contact.
• Develop and implement process improvements for accounts.
• Perform other assigned duties.
