Eaton is seeking a Project Manager - Hyperscale to drive value in major datacenter orders. The role is remote within the United States, requiring strong project management and sales coordination across time zones.

Key duties include leading project orders, coordinating with distributors and contractors, and applying PM methodologies to minimize risk while driving sales goals. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in electrical or related fields are required, with PMP and advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ electrical industry experience.
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in project management.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration.
• Possess a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• 2 years of datacenter electrical equipment experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• PMP Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical aspects of major electrical assembly project orders per customer specs and timelines.
• Secure and maintain distribution of products and services with effective agreements.
• Coordinate the sales effort within the customer/distributor base and provide sales and technical assistance.
• Utilize the Project Management team resources assigned to each project order.
• Apply project management methodologies to reduce project risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Upgrade processes, deploy new initiatives, and recommend solutions based on analysis.
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures to meet business goals.
• Provide leadership to a sales team across professionals and distributor channels.
• Use competitive information to leverage Eaton’s advantages.
• Negotiate resources and priorities for customers internally.
• Improve Eaton’s and customers’ financial position.
• Manage business across all US time zones for timely solutions.
