Job summary

Ericsson Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Delivery Manager to build and sustain a high-performing data center team. You will lead onboarding, workforce planning, and project ramp-downs, while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence across all data center activities.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional partners to attract and develop top talent, manage escalations, and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced technical environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, or a similar technical environment.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience leading technical or operations teams.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, motivate, and retain technical talent.
• Strong workforce planning, demand forecasting, resource allocation, and shift-management skills.
• Working knowledge of data center infrastructure, hardware lifecycle management, and technician operations.
• Experience leading incident response, escalations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and operational discipline.
• Data-driven approach to performance management, staffing decisions, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• High ownership, resilience, adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to an inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing data center team with focus on safety and reliability.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire technicians for Tulsa operations.
• Oversee onboarding, mentoring, and early-career development of technical staff.
• Drive workforce planning to align staffing with customer demands and project ramps.
• Manage ramp-up and ramp-down for large projects while adapting to changing requirements.
• Champion operational excellence across installation, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for data center events.
• Foster strong partnerships with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure resilient operations.
