Qualifications

• 7+ years of data center operations experience.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, motivate, and retain talent.
• Strong workforce planning, demand forecasting, and shift management.
• Experience leading incident response, root‑cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Commitment to safety, quality, compliance and operational discipline.
• Data-driven approach to performance management and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspire a high-performing technical team through trust, inclusion, accountability, safety, and continuous learning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and hire exceptional data center technicians.
• Lead an effective onboarding experience through training, mentoring, and early‑career support.
• Develop talent and future leaders through coaching, career planning, recognition, and growth opportunities.
• Own workforce planning by aligning staffing, skills, shifts, and coverage with customer and business needs.
• Manage technician ramp-up and ramp-down for large projects while adapting to changing requirements.
• Drive operational excellence across installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle management, inventory, and documentation.
• Champion safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all activities and data center operations.
• Lead incident response and critical escalations with clear communication and root‑cause analysis.
• Build strong customer and cross-functional partnerships to deliver reliable data center operations.
