This entry-level role focuses on equipment staging, rack prep, cabling, labeling, inventory management, and documenting activities with guidance from senior team members. You will perform basic copper/fiber patching, route cabling per standards, and help with MACD moves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification preferred.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
• Familiarity with copper and fiber cabling concepts is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and stage equipment; assist with inventory checks.
• Support rack positioning, cabling, labeling, and documentation.
• Perform patching and basic MACD activities under supervision.
• Follow safety and quality procedures; escalate issues promptly.
• Capture serial numbers, rack locations, and installation records.
