Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of data center site development and heavy civil construction projects.

You will work with project managers, field teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of mission-critical infrastructure. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 3+ years of construction experience, with proficiency in

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of construction experience.
• Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or large campus infrastructure projects preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings, civil plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with CAD drawings and construction management platforms such as Procore.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with planning, scheduling, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review drawings, specifications, and civil plans to support execution and field operations.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change documentation, and project records to ensure contract compliance.
• Support quantity takeoffs, cost tracking, and procurement activities for materials and services.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and construction teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting in Procore or other CM platforms.
