Job summary

Michels Corporation invites a Project Engineer to join our team supporting data center site development and heavy civil construction. You will work with project managers, field teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality across complex infrastructure programs.

Candidates should have a related bachelor's degree and 3+ years of construction experience, with proficiency in reading drawings, Procore, CAD, and strong cross‑functional collaboration to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field with 3+ years construction experience.
• Experience supporting data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and civil plans.
• Familiar with Procore or similar project management software.
• Onsite work Monday through Friday at the Hubbard Project Site.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with planning, scheduling, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review drawings, specifications, and civil plans to support project execution and field operations.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change documentation, and project records.
• Support quantity takeoffs and cost-tracking for project materials and services.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and construction teams to resolve issues.
