Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Design Technician to join the Advanced Manufacturing Data Centers team. You will draft and update structural drawings, coordinate with engineers, and contribute to construction documents for hyperscale data centers across the U.S.

Using Revit and AutoCAD, you will support project coordination, QA/QC reviews, and knowledge sharing. This hybrid role offers opportunities to grow within data center projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field.
• At least 1 year of Revit.
• At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update structural drawings and models for data center projects.
• Coordinate building systems and existing conditions with project teams.
• Produce clear, accurate construction documents and details.
• Use 2D drafting and BIM tools (Revit) for project coordination and reviews.
