Job summary

Worldwide Mission Critical seeks a seasoned technical sales lead to guide presales activities for hyperscale cloud, neoscaler, and AI tenants. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in data center design, construction, commissioning, or operations, presales engineering, or a similar tenant-facing role.
• Experience supporting hyperscale, neoscaler, AI or HPC tenant deployments.
• Working knowledge of UPS, switchgear, generators, ATS/STS, and PDUs.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead during tenant engagements and sales pursuits.
• Translate tenant objectives into technical infrastructure solutions.
• Lead technical discussions with tenants, SMEs, engineers, and executives.
• Own technical responses for RFI/RFP/RFQ and related due diligence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Legal) for technical compliance.
• Support capacity planning, deployment strategies, and campus expansion.
• Assist in pricing assumptions and technical cost validation with Sales/Finance.
• Support post-contract activities including technical kickoff and onboarding.
