Job summary

Meta is seeking a Data Center Capacity Engineer to ensure scalable capacity for our global data center infrastructure. You will analyze capacity trends, model future demand, and partner with hardware, network, and site operations teams to plan capacity at scale.

You will drive end-to-end capacity requirements, collaborate across data centers, and contribute to automation and data-driven improvements in a hyperscale environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in capacity planning, demand and supply management, production planning, operations planning, or infrastructure management.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree/certification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Own accountability for the three capacity workflows (receiving, moves, decommissioning).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for improving data center operations.
• Analyze capacity demands and translate data into local plans for rapid capacity delivery.
• Plan and lead data center capacity projects across cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships and influence policies to improve regional/global data center operations.
• Share best practices across global data centers for capacity elements.
