Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, Hyperscale Infrastructure, or Mission-Critical Facilities environments.
• Experience supporting hyperscale customers, cloud providers, or AI infrastructure deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for hyperscale opportunities, coordinating with account teams to define infrastructure requirements.
• Lead technical qualification, design support, and site assessments for dedicated hyperscale facilities.
• Develop scalable, data-center focused solutions including power, cooling, and resilience considerations.
• Support RFPs/RFIs with cross-functional teams to ensure technically accurate and commercially viable proposals.
• Conduct customer-facing tours, briefings, and workshops to translate tech concepts into business value.
• Influence technical strategy and establish best practices for xScale solution design and deployment.
