Michels Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to support large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will assist in planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and field coordination under a PM/Senior PM guidance.

Role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across North America. 75% travel may be involved; healthy safety culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3-5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and field coordination.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Managers with the execution of mission-critical and hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and plans to understand requirements.
• Coordinate activities with field leadership to stay on schedule and budget.
• Support scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, procurement, and resource planning.
• Assist with contract administration, customer communication, and documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all activities.
• Manage project kickoff through turnover and closeout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, budgets, and tracking tools.
• Review progress and update budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Support QA/QC processes and commissioning activities.
